Terms and Conditions
On confirmation of the booking a deposit of £100 per week is required which must be paid within 7 business days of the phone/email booking. The balance will be payable in full 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. This is non-refundable and guests are advised to ensure that they are adequately insured against cancellation of their holiday. Guests are welcome to the cottage from 4.30 pm on the day of arrival and are asked to leave by 10.30 am on the day of departure. The turn around day is Friday. The weekly rate includes bed linen, towels, electricity, heating and firewood. The cottage does not have a telephone. Dogs are welcome but guests are asked to inform us beforehand if they'd like to bring them. No more than two dogs are allowed and they must have their own bedding. Pets are not allowed on any furniture, upstairs or in any of the bedrooms. They must not be left unattended in the cottage. Frozen estuary at Fowborough Cottage
